INTRODUCTION

Timeless Solitaire, also referred to as Klondike, is a beloved and engaging card game for a single player that combines simplicity with strategic thinking. By utilizing a standard deck of cards, players are required to create four foundation piles, one for each suit, organized in ascending order from Ace to King. With careful planning and tactical moves, players can uncover hidden cards and successfully complete the tableau.


GUIDELINES

  1. Preparation:
  • The deck is thoroughly shuffled and seven columns are formed.
  • The first column contains one face-up card, the second column has two cards (one face-up and one face-down), and this pattern continues until the seventh column, which contains seven cards (one face-up).
  1. Gameplay:
  • Construct Tableau: Arrange the cards in descending order (King to Ace), while alternating colors (for example, Red 7 on Black 8).
  • Reveal Cards: Gradually expose the face-down cards by moving the face-up cards.
  • Transfer to Foundation: Relocate the cards to the four foundation piles, arranging them in ascending order and based on their suits (Ace to King).
  • When no more moves are available on the tableau, draw cards from the Stock Pile.
  1. Objective:
  • To achieve victory, all cards need to be organized into the foundation piles.
